Wedding Package Details

Acme DJs of Virginia offers three types of Wedding Packages. If you are looking for a lay back wedding reception with little interaction, we recommend the Basic Wedding Package. With our Grand Wedding Package, you will get a package that is filled with lots of Interaction, Personality and a FREE Light Show.  If you are looking for that Ultimate WOW factor and to personalize your Wedding Reception, then the Ultimate Wedding Package is for you. With either package you choose, you can add additional hours to each package depending on your needs and wants to include a Ceremony, Social/Cocktail Hour or just extra time. The Prices will range from $100 to $300 depending upon the length of time and location for each add on. Check out our Wedding Packages below and see which one best suits your needs.

Basic Wedding Package

  

1) 4 Hours of DJ Entertainment

2) We will be your DJ & MC for the entire duration of your event

3) Unlimited consultations in person or by phone, text and email with quick responses

4) Preplan and organize your Big Day with our planning forms to cover the following:

        · Bride and Groom Entrance 

        · First Dance

        · Father/Daughter Dance

        · Mother/Son Dance

        · Cake Cutting

        · Toasts/Blessing

        · And Exit (If Planned)

5) Discuss and Review all song selections and playlists to be played and not played  

6) Early Setup (About 2 hours before the event starts)

7) Help Coordinating your Wedding Reception with The Food Director, Photographer/Videographer and Wedding Planner

8) Music provided throughout the evening with High Quality Sound Equipment and Cordless Microphones

Grand Wedding Package

  

1) 4 Hours of DJ Entertainment with the DJ being Interactive, Engaging & High Energy

2) We will be your DJ, MC and Host for the entire duration of your event

3) FREE LIGHT SHOW for the Dance Floor Area

4) Unlimited consultations in person or by phone, text and email with quick responses

5) Preplan and organize your Big Day with our various planning forms to cover the following but not       limited to:

        · Extended Grand Entrance (Announcing the Grand Parents, Parents, Bridal Party, Bride & Groom, etc.)

        · First Dance

        · Father/Daughter Dance

        · Mother/Son Dance

        · Anniversary Dance or any other Special Dances

        · Cake Cutting

        · Toasts/Greeting/Blessing

        · Garter & Bouquet Toss

        · Interaction with planned and unplanned activities (Newly Wed Game)

        · And Exit (If Planned)

6) Discuss and Review all song selections and playlists to be played and not played 

7) Help put together a Timeline of Events for the evening so nothing is missed 

8) Early Setup (About 2 hours before the event starts)

9) Help Coordinating your Wedding Reception with The Food Director, Photographer/Videographer and      Wedding Planner

10) Music provided throughout the evening with High Quality Sound Equipment, Cordless Microphones         and Professional Lighting

Ultimate Wedding Package

  

1) 4 Hours of DJ Entertainment with the DJ being Interactive, Engaging & High Energy

2) We will be your DJ, MC and Host for the entire duration of your event

3) UPLIGHTING for up to 16 light fixtures and the color of your choosing (This is a perfect way to really       personalize your Wedding Day). A MONOGRAM can be added for an additional charge

4) FREE LIGHT SHOW for the Dance Floor Area

5) Unlimited consultations in person or by phone, text and email with quick responses

6) Preplan and organize your Big Day with our various planning forms to cover the following but not       limited to:
